Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original TW Steel presentation box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with the original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
